Master of Science in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery provides education for training Master’s degrees with proficiency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery with ethics, allowing them to think critically, solve problems, study further, and research on their own.
The courses of program in accordance with the Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) (Curriculum Mapping)
PLO1 Professional conduct based on standard medical, dental, and academic etiquette, morality, and responsibility for duties.
PLO2 Ability to analyze and systematically evaluate academic knowledge and information for lifelong learning.
PLO3 Ability to collaborate and work with other health care as a team as an oral surgeon in the role of leader or follower according to the team’s condition to provide multidisciplinary care for patients.
PLO4 Possess numerical analysis skills and the ability to use technology to search, analyze, and summarize results appropriately including profession and research
PLO5 Ability to plan, implement, and solve problems in the research process to generate applied knowledge.
5.1 Ability to plan, implement, and solve problems in the research process to generate novel knowledge in facial hard and soft tissue.
5.2 Ability to plan, implement, and solve problems in the research process to gain knowledge for clinical practice
PLO6 Ability to communicate in Thai and English for presentation and discussion of academic subjects with various information technologies.
PLO7 Ability to apply theoretical knowledge regarding oral and maxillofacial surgery and implantology and related medicine in proper treatment plans and management for patients with safety.
PLO8 Ability to perform treatment, solve and correct complications with good conduct according to academic principles, and properly communicate with patients.
PLO9 Ability to utilize current and advanced technology for treatment in oral and maxillofacial surgery and implantology.
