Graduate Diploma Program in Clinical Science in Dentistry is a program that focuses on developing trained dentists with the knowledge to provide quality and safe treatment to patients through a variety of active learning activities. The program instills in students the values of morals, professional ethics, service mind, and the ability to work well as a team in medical treatment. In addition, students can continuously improve themselves by following their progress and further studies in dentistry and related sciences fields on their own, along with applying modern technology in professional practice. Furthermore, the program also trains students to apply and analyze data to provide quality patients with a guide for living by the motto of the “Prince of Songkla” His Royal Highness Prince Mahidol Adulyadej: “Our Soul is for the Benefit of Mankind.”
On completion of the program, students should have shown evidence of being able to
PLO1 Behave consistently with the principles of morality, professional ethics, and duty responsibility.
PLO2 Be able to analyze and evaluate academic information for personal and professional development continuously.
PLO3 Be able to work-integrated in the roles of both leaders and followers in teams within a multicultural culture.
PLO4 Be able to run numerical analysis utilizing information technology to search for up-to-date information, communicate, and present effectively.
PLO5 Appropriately apply knowledge of dentistry and related fields in planning and providing multidisciplinary patient/community care under the principles of holistic care.
PLO6 Be able to independently conduct academic research, patient reports, or preliminary research projects for further advancement.
PLO7 Fluently use Thai or English to communicate, discuss and present.
PLO8 Be able to use modern technology to treat patients in specific fields of dentistry effectively.
